Life Unlimited is a charitable trust offering health and disability services, advice and equipment so you can live the life you choose.
They deliver the disability Needs Assessment Service Coordination (NASC) and Local Area Coordination (LAC) contracts in the Hutt Valley.
Their team supports individuals with ASD, physical, intellectual or sensory disabilities, aged 0 - 65 in Hutt Valley.
Life Unlimited also offer a Transition Programme that will assist you with participation in employment and participation in your community. The enrolment of this programme is free to the young person and their family.
