Accessable

Accessable provides equipment, housing and vehicle modifications for people who have difficulty with everyday tasks due to disability or injury.

They work closely with a range of professionals (Assessors, Case Owners and Health Professionals along with equipment suppliers and building contractors) to provide the solutions that are needed, as well as service, maintenance and repair of equipment.

You will need an OT or Physio assessment, which can come through Taikura Trust or your regional community Occupational Therapist.

They can assist with:

• Equipment and Modification Services (EMS – Northland and Auckland) on behalf of the Ministry of Health, Disability Services.
• Managed Rehabilitation Equipment Services (MRES)
• Housing Modification Services (Northland and Auckland)
• Adaptive equipment, housing modifications, and vehicle purchase and/or modification. It also provides an equipment repair and maintenance service. - contracted by ACC to provide equipment and a repair service to ACC clients throughout New Zealand.
