Indicate Driving Academy

I'm Deb and here is my story and why I do this job.  I had been working as a driver license tester. As time passed I could see how important it was for people to have professional driving lessons and what a difference it made to their driving skills. I also noticed that not all driving schools where created equal, and some where teaching incorrectly.   As a testing officer it was tough to see people fail their test because they had been given the incorrect information. And so I decided rather than being the ambulance at the bottom of the cliff, I would be part the solution and start teaching. So off I went to Auckland to train for my I endorsements. Now that there is a new system coming in, it is even more important that people are trained to drive correctly to be safe on the roads. I really want to be able to teach people to drive in the environment that they are in every day and so offer a service to go where the people are, and as I get established, plan to spend time in places that don't have regular driver trainers. My goal is to meet the need where it is needed most and not let anyone fall through the gap.
