St Clair Park Residential Care

St Clair Park Residential Care is a care home facility for adults with complex needs, including mental health or addiction needs. They aim to help residents become independent and assist them with making their own choices, as well as provide support for them and their families.  St Clair Park Residential Care provides support through a recovery lens that focuses on helping residents to find their strengths and provides them with a key worker, so they can achieve their goals and live the lives they want. Support is provided 24/7 and a support service for people with Dementia is provided 7 days a week.
