A1 Wheelchair Services are the authorised repair agents for Ministry of Health and ACC funded equipment for Enable NZ for Palmerston North and the greater Manawatu region. We also service hospitals, rest homes, care facilities, MOE and private clients. Our services include, repairs, maintenance, customisation, rental or loan equipment, delivery and set up, or up-lift, and assessment, of all mobility and rehabilitation equipment.

A1 Wheelchair Services have recently joined the Medifab family, representing a strategic alignment of two pioneering companies in the Assistive Technology industry, with a shared commitment to improving lives and enhancing independence for all New Zealanders.

SERVICING & ASSESSMENT

• Regular mobility scooter servicing

• Annual servicing of ACC, MOH and Care Facilities equipment including load and electrical testing, tagging and certification for compliance.
  AS/NZS 3760 and 3551.

• A1 Wheelchair Services are the authorised repair agents for the majority of equipment suppliers, Enable NZ, Ministry of Health and ACC funded equipment, and The Easie Living Centre.
