CCS Disability Action’s vision is to see every disabled person included in the life of their family and community. As well as providing direct support and advocacy, they have a wider role in shaping society’s attitudes towards people with a disability, such as:

Journeying Together: Journeying Together is a new social enterprise that aims to transform transport systems and the urban environment to make them accessible for all people.

BarrierFree: BarrierFree works to help public and private clients create buildings, spaces and transport networks that are accessible and welcoming to all.

Disability Awareness Training: Their disability awareness training is designed to educate people on disability-related issues and to break down the barriers that exist to achieve a fully inclusive society.

Choice In Community Living: Supporting people with disabilities to live in the community and home of their choosing. If you are living in residential care, they will provide the supports you require to move into your own home and connect with your local neighborhood.

If you are aged between 16 and 65 their Supported Living Services can be tailored to your support needs and goals, such as moving out of home or finding people to work with you in your home or community.
