Changing Attitudes Around Mental Health

I AM HOPE aims to promote positive attitudinal societal change around mental health throughout New Zealand, offering hope and a voice to young people.

I AM HOPE has one goal - positive societal attitudinal change. They know their youth struggle with distressing self-talk and overthinking, leaving them feeling isolated and alone.

I AM HOPE  shows them these thoughts are universal, they can give their kids a better life.

There are two ways in which they help out people with mental health:

  • By organising activities in schools to help reach out to the young and the youths
  • To provide hope in the community by raising awareness through fundraising events or workshops
