PACT provide help for adults who are living in the community and who have mental illness or an intellectual disability.
They support people to reach their goals, whether that is learning a new daily living skill, tapping into social networks in the community, assisting with housing, or exploring work or study options.
PACT will also have a social net working centre next year based in Lower Hutt. Their social networking centres are relaxed and comfortable places where people can take part in vocational, recreational and social activities – or just come in for support and company.
Their services include:
Accommodation (supported accommodation, supportive landlord, social housing)
Child & youth (supported accommodation, day programmes, community support)
Respite (including carer support)
