The ACE program is an award winning fitness and nutrition programme designed for disabled young people living on Auckland's North Shore.
A partnership between PHAB and Comprehensive Care PHO, the ACE program aims to create lifestyle change in these young adults through exercise and nutrition education.
The ACE program gives our members the ability to play an active part in their own health and wellbeing.
Current participants include young adults with physical, sensory, and intellectual impairments.
Parents and caregivers are welcome to attend.
Exercise and nutrition sessions are run weekly by local personal trainer Nick Jury.
