If you're considering leaving school in the next two years you may be eligible for APM's Employment Services in Schools programme

APM supports students living with disabilities, health conditions, or other barriers in their journey towards employment. They help these students to prepare for work, gain work experience and find a job.

They create personalised employment plans and collaborate with students' existing school and learning supports to align their educational and employment goals. A dedicated Employment Consultant and Occupational Therapist work with students to identify and support these goals through training and employment opportunities.

This service is fully funded.

If you’re managing stress, depression, anxiety or another mental health condition, or need support finding work with challenges of an injury, illness or disability, they have a team of experienced consultants available across New Zealand through Work Assist Health.

If you are recently out of work needing confidence building and interview practice, or you are switching fields and need support accessing funding for licenses or short courses, their Work Assist team are experienced and equipped to support you.
