Choices NZ was established following the introduction of Enabling Good Lives, and facilitates flexible support relationships and access to community services to help people achieve their goals.

Choices NZ can help you with:

• Job seeking and ongoing work coaching
• Planning your transition from school
• Participating in your community (you must be referred by ACC to access this service)

Choices NZ is part of the IHC group.
