LOUD & PROUD is a free and funded inclusive band mentorship programme facilitated by an amazing and dedicated team of music therapists, adaptive music specialists and community musicians. We are passionate about making musical experiences accessible and fun for everyone, especially our Disability community in Te matau-a-Māui.
We hold weekly sessions on Tuesdays at Paisley Stage in Napier.
We affirm and celebrate all ways of participating in music. We aspire to maximise everyones unique expressions of creativity.
We are committed to nurturing connections between people and places and aspire to increase peoples social wellbeing and sense of belonging in the community.
Every session is strengths-based and focussed on what attendees find fun and enjoyable about music.
