Porirua Kāpiti Community Law Centre Law Centre provides free legal information and education, and income tested legal services to those who are unable to access legal services and advance access to justice in the Porirua and Kāpiti community.

For free, they provide: 

• General information about the law and the client’s rights and responsibilities.
• Presentations on law related matters for the public, groups with specific interests or individuals.

They provide the following services on an income tested basis:

• Legal advice which is directed at enabling a client to resolve a specific legal problem.
• Legal assistance to clients without being listed as the client’s representative.
• Legal representation and advocacy services for clients at mediation or in proceedings before a New Zealand court or tribunal.

They provide the following services at a discount:

• Immigration Services
• Limited Licences/ Work Licences.
