Poutini Waiora is a Māori Health and Social Service Provider who deliver whānau ora services across Te Tai O Poutini (West Coast).

    • Kaiāwhina - support accessing primary and secondary care, advocating, supporting whānau with long term conditions

    • Counselling across all whānau

    • AOD Services - comprehensive assessment, counselling and treatment plan
    • Community Mental Health Clinician
    • He Hikoi Manaaki - providing a range of supports to deal with complex life circumstances
    • Day Programme - Disability Support Services, tailored to individual needs and goals
  • Rangatahi (Youth/Young People)
    • YJSAP Programme - Early intervention/prevention programme
    • YJ Manaaki - short intensive support, in response to referrals from the Youth Justice team
    • Resilience/Ko Wai Au - Delievery of long term-healing and recovery for whānau affected by violence.
    • Mana Ake - wellbeing and mental health support for tamariki (children) within local school communities. (Year 1 - Year 8)
