Community Connections is a community based disability service which primarily offers a Supported Living service with some Residential Services as well.

Neighbourhood Connections is another service, it is an alternative way of supporting people who experience disability to live the life they choose.

They operate in the Greater Wellington region (Wellington, Hutt Valley, Porirua and Kapiti), The Manawatu (Palmerston North and Levin), Taranaki, the Bay of Plenty, and the Hawke’s Bay.

Community Connections believes that people with disabilities can and should live the life they choose, on their own terms and within the community of their choice.
